Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

"Jextacy Streetwear" is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased Apparel from "Jextacy Streetwear" and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 7 days of the delivery.
Apparel must be returned with 21 days of delivery.
As all Apparel is Print On Demand we urge you to take time to select the correct size and colour before purchasing.

Returns, exchanges or refunds of Apparel:

To be eligible for return and refund or exchange, the product must be faulty or damaged and the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refunds, exchanges or returns must be requested in writing by contacting [email protected]
  2. Request of refunds, exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery.
  3. Apparel must be returned to "Jextacy Streetwear" within 21 days of delivery according to the instructions you will receive once contacting [email protected] as directed in step 1.
  4. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Jextacy Streetwear sole, reasonable discretion.
  5. If a product is damaged or Faulty upon delivery, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery so it can be returned to us and a refund or exchange granted.
  6. All return shipping costs will be on the account of the purchaser.
Non-returnable/refundable Items:

Due to specific reasons the following items are non-returnable and refundable as stated at the time of purchase on jextacystreetwear.bigcartel.com

  • Hats
  • Underwear
  • Face masks
  • Items of incorrect size
