Returns, exchanges or refunds of Apparel:
To be eligible for return and refund or exchange, the product must be faulty or damaged and the following steps must be taken:

- Request of refunds, exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery.

- The item(s) must be unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Jextacy Streetwear sole, reasonable discretion.
- If a product is damaged or Faulty upon delivery, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery so it can be returned to us and a refund or exchange granted.
- All return shipping costs will be on the account of the purchaser.
